Four-ingredient peppermint bark made with coconut oil, almond butter, and Hiya Chocolate Greens—no dairy, no gluten, no added sugar. Pour, freeze, and break into pieces for a shareable holiday treat that comes together in minutes.

Candy Cane Bark Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup almond butter, melted
  • 2 scoops Hiya Kids Chocolate Greens + Superfoods
  • 1 tbsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mix to combine with a spatula until one cohesive mixture.
  3. 3. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet, Make sure it spreads evenly!
  4. 4. Sprinkle with crushed sugar-free candy canes, sprinkles, and/or a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. 6. Break into bite sized pieces.
  7. 7. Store in an airtight container.
