Vanilla Greens No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes

Hiya Vanilla Greens mixes straight into the cream cheese and yogurt base, so each jar delivers real nutrition alongside the indulgence. Set them in the fridge, pull them out when needed, and top with whatever jam or fruit you have on hand.
Vanilla Greens No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Hiya Kids Daily Greens + Superfoods vanilla powder
  • 2 cups of graham cracker
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Choice of jam and fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine graham cracker and honey. Add water as needed
  2. 2. Pack the bottom of each 4oz jar with 1/4th cup crumble
  3. 3. Mix whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and Hiya Vanilla Greens powder
  4. 4. Add cream cheese filling to the jars and set them in the refrigerator for at least an hour
  5. 5. Serve with jam and fresh fruit and enjoy!
