The result is kids can benefit from greens, yet kids have limited options besides eating the foods themselves, which at times can be difficult for parents to get them to do. That’s why we created our Daily Greens + Superfoods to support kids looking for a variety of whole-food ingredients with a safe and effective option and a taste they love.

We include 55 ingredients derived from whole foods and consisting of two unique blends. The result is a mix of superfoods, greens, reds, vitamins, algae, sprouts, and more – all designed to support kid’s health with a wide variety of micronutrients.

Our Daily Greens + Superfoods is a concentrated source of greens, superfoods, digestive enzymes, and more meant for those kids who may not be getting enough greens or need additional nutrient support. While not meant as a total replacement for fruits and veg, it’s a great way to provide a convenient and expansive variety of nutrients than what kids may get from whole fruits and vegetables alone.

Yes – each Hiya product serves a different purpose and includes a unique set of ingredients with limited overlap. All our products exist to complement each other depending on what you’re looking for. As a best practice, please check with your paediatrician to ensure proper dosage of one or more products.

Our Daily Greens + Superfoods includes a bit of cocoa powder and stevia. As with our other products, our Daily Greens + Superfoods includes zero sugar, no synthetic dyes, and it’s vegan, non-GMO, and pretty much everything else good you can think of.

While every family has their own routine, we suggest parents give this in the morning or evening – it’s up to you. As always, with any questions around dosage or timing, we suggest checking with your paediatrician.

We suggest adding a scoop (or more) to milk or milk alternative, then shaking to your liking to make sure it’s properly mixed. We don’t include typical unnecessary additives you might see in a typical cocoa powder, which means our greens work better when shaken, not stirred. You can shake with a blender, an electric whisker, or whatever works.

Many families add our powder to milk or milk alternatives to make good-for-you chocolate milk or hot chocolate. Others pour the powder and milk blend into oatmeal, add it to yoghurt, or even use it on its own when baking (e.g., cookies, etc) – we invite you to be creative!

When you get a new delivery, for optimal potency, we suggest replacing your old powder with your fresh pouch. That way you can be sure your child is always putting the freshest nutrients in their growing bodies.

Our Daily Greens + Superfoods is designed for boys and girls starting at age 3 and up through teenage years or later. Since every child is different, please always consult your doctor for any questions around dosage.
