The classic PBJ, upgraded. Cookie-cutter shapes make these sandwiches more fun to eat, and a scoop of Hiya Greens stirred right into the peanut butter means every bite counts. Slide them onto skewers with fruit and they're snack-time ready.

PBJ Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Hiya Kids Daily Greens + Superfoods Vanilla powder
  • 1 scoop Hiya Kids Daily Greens + Superfoods Chocolate powder
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp jam
  • Loaf of bread
  • Fruit of choice

Instructions

  1. 1. Half peanut butter into two bowls
  2. 2. Stir in a scoop of hiya greens powder into each peanut butter bowl
  3. 3. Spread peanut butter and jam on a slice of bread and make into a sandwich
  4. 4. Use a cookie cutter to cut shapes desired out of pbj’s
  5. 5. Slide onto a skewer with alternating fruit
