WHO CAN APPLY?
Anyone aligned with our mission and with health, wellness, or content-related websites and audiences is welcome to apply.
You must have a Tax ID or Social Security number in order to submit an application and you’re
required to submit a W9 form (a W-8BEN form for international) once your application is approved to accounting@hiyahealth.com.
APPROVAL PROCESS
Applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with your account details and assets, including an active link, copy, and images to get started.
To maintain your approved status, you will need to schedule and execute your first promotion within the first 90 days of account activation.
MARKETING
Ambassadors may not advertise on networks as our brand. Also you must add the necessary affiliate disclosure before your promotion. Here is an example, but please change it to fit your voice and website:
