Hydrating Berrylicious Slushie

1 cup coconut water

1 scoop Hiya Kids Daily Hydration

1 cup mixed blackberries & strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries
-
1 cup ice
-
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Blend well & enjoy!
No-churn Chocolate Ice Cream Dream

2 scoops Hiya Greens + Superfoods (chocolate flavor!)

1 ripe avocado
-
1 cup cashews, pre soaked in warm water

½ cup medjool dates, pre soaked in warm water

1 cup milk of choice
-
½ tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder

⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
Instructions:

Soak cashews and dates for an hour before in warm water

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Pour into a deep pan and freeze overnight
