Using Hiya is easy—just follow these simple steps to help your child stay hydrated: Scoop: Use the provided scoop to measure one full serving (7g) of Hiya Kids Daily Hydration powder. Mix: Add the powder to 8–12 oz of cold water. You can adjust the water based on your child’s taste preferences or hydration needs.
