Cinnamon-baked apples layered with Hiya Chocolate Greens yogurt and granola. It eats like a dessert but works as a snack or breakfast, and the baked apple component can be done on the stovetop if you're short on time.

Apple Crisp Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (dairy-free ifneeded)
  • ¼ cup granola (gluten-free ifneeded)
  • 2 scoops Kids Daily Greens + Superfoods Chocolate
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
  2. 2. Dice apple into small pieces and place in a small mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add cinnamon and maple syrup to the bowl and mix until apple pieces are evenly coated.
  4. 4. Pour apple mixture into a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes or until apples are soft.
