This easy bake-and-slice method gives you fluffy, golden pancakes for the whole family in one go, with a boost of Hiya Vanilla Protein snuck right into the batter. Top them with fruit, chocolate chips, or whatever your kids love, and breakfast is done before anyone has time to complain they're hungry.

Sheet Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Hiya vanilla protein
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cups milk (room temperature)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add dry ingredients and mix to combine
  2. In a separate bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk until well combined
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and fold with a spatula to combine
  4. Grease a small-medium size baking sheet and pour batter
  5. Spread until even
  6. Top with fruit, chocolate chips, oats or whatever you prefer
  7. Bake at 350 until a fork comes out clean
