Peppermint Chocolate Nice Cream

Blended frozen banana, cocoa, peppermint extract, and Hiya Chocolate Greens—serve soft-serve style straight from the blender or freeze for firmer scoops. Crushed candy canes on top make it seasonal, and the whole thing comes together in under five minutes.

Peppermint Chocolate Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups banana slices, frozen
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 scoops Hiya Kids Chocolate Greens + Superfoods
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 Tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • *Optional toppings: sugar-free crushed candy canes, sprinkles, chocolate chips, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. 2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. 3. Optional to fold in chocolate chips!
  4. 4. Serve immediately for a soft serve ice cream texture, or freeze for 2+ hours for firmer scoops.
  5. 5. *Optional - top with crushed candy canes, sprinkles, or whipped cream!
